There are no words that can truly express how thankful I am to have worked with Darrell during my first time home buying experience, but I can try. I recently purchased a house in El Sobrante with the help of Darrell. I worked with Darrell over a period of several months looking for the right house after he was recommended to me by the financial agent I was working with. My experience of him was that he was very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. When I did find the house I was to buy, he was very good at making recommendations as far as inspections, keeping escrow on track and even managed to get escrow closed a few days early. In making suggestions as to the purchase price we might offer and negotiating issues around the pest inspection and appraisal value I believe he saved me at least ten thousand of dollars off what I might have paid otherwise.
